Each voucher is nominative and numbered. It cannot be refunded. The date of stay remains free: the beneficiaries book directly when they wish.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from its date of issue. An extension of 2 months is possible, for an additional fee of €50. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of the stay, the gift voucher will be considered cancelled and cannot be reused.
